These terms apply to every Launch Review ordered from Liftoff Review, a business of Amichay Ilan, a sole proprietor registered in Israel, HaMakabim 7, Givat Shmuel 5401307, Israel ("we", "us"). By paying for a review you accept these terms.
A Launch Review is a static review of the source code and configuration you give us. You receive a written report with a go / no-go verdict, prioritized findings with file-and-line evidence, and a suggested fix prompt for each finding. We deliver within 72 hours of receiving both your payment and your code. The fee includes one re-check of the affected findings if you send updated code within 14 days of delivery, and an optional 30-minute walkthrough call.
Pilot reviews sold at a reduced fee include your agreement to give a short testimonial. We publish it only in a wording you approve.
A review is not a penetration test, a compliance certification or a guarantee. We do not access, scan or test your live systems. A review reduces risk; it cannot prove that your application has no vulnerabilities, and it covers only the code and configuration you share with us. Fix prompts are suggestions: review and test every change before you ship it.
You confirm that you have the right to share the code and information you give us. Give us read access only. Do not send production passwords, secret keys or your customers' personal data; remove .env files and similar secrets before you share your code.
We use your code only to perform your review and do not share it with anyone except the service providers we use to perform it. Reviews are processed with Anthropic's Claude, with model training turned off. We delete our copy of your code within 14 days after delivery, or after the re-check if you request one. We will sign your reasonable non-disclosure agreement on request. We describe your project publicly only with your written consent.
The fee is paid in full before the review starts. If the report contains no actionable finding, we refund the fee in full. If we have not delivered within 72 hours of receiving your payment and your code, you may cancel for a full refund at any time before delivery. Otherwise the fee is non-refundable once the report is delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a review is limited to the fee you paid for that review. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or security incidents caused by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you pay applies to your review.
